Bharti Airtel announced the launch of its 5G services from Friday in Bihar’s Begusarai, Katihar, Kishanganj, Purnia, Gopalganj, Biharsharif, Nawada, Sonpur and Bihta and Barh in Patna. Airtel’s 5G services are already available in Muzaffarpur, Bodh Gaya, Bhagalpur and Patna. Airtel customers in these fourteen cities can now access an ultrafast network with speeds that are 20-30 times faster than existing 4G speeds, said Anupam Arora, CEO (Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha). The entire Airtel service portfolio will benefit from Airtel 5G Plus. Additionally, it will enable incredibly fast access to HD video streaming, gaming, multiple chats, instant photo uploads and other activities.
Activate Airtel 5G network in the phone like this
If you have a 5G enabled mobile handset, go to Settings to activate the 5G network. Tap on Mobile network and select SIM for Internet. The preferred network type has to be set to 5G. After this you can use Airtel 5G. In the areas where there is 5G network, it will come, in the remaining places 4G network will be available.

Begusarai : In Vishwanath Nagar, Sahajanand Nagar, Power House Chowk, Lohia Nagar, Hemra Chowk areas.
Katihar : In Lohia Nagar, Mircha Bari, Sangram Chowk, Tenagachia, Naya Tola areas.
Kishanganj : Day Market, Halim Chowk, Khagra, Caltex Chowk, Paschim Pally areas.
Purnia : In Bhatha Bazar, Rambagh, Madhubani, Rangbhoomi Maidan, Gulab Bagh areas.
Gopalganj : Bus Stand, Yadav Pur Chowk, Gopalganj Court, Hospital Chowk, Jangliya Mohalla areas.
Barh, Patna : In Station Road Barh, Athmalgola, Barh Bazar, Andal, Pandarak areas.
